Which blast is best for me?
I am 56 years old and want to be as healthy as I can. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, have slightly elevated blood pressure, and it's taking me longer to get out of bed in the morning because I ache so much. I feel tired and foggy headed and know I need to start an exercise program.
First, I want to make sure I am eating right so I purchased the NutriBullet. I usually make a drink every morning with spinach, mixed berries, pineapple, orange and chia seeds.
Now that I'm getting used to the idea of the drinks, I want to up my plan. Where do I begin? How do I know my body is getting what it needs? Do I need to do a cleanse?
