Wally answered a similar acne question previously with this reply:
"Avoid milk and cheese. It is a major cause of acne. Avoid sugary foods and drinks they will cause hormonal imbalances that may make acne worse. Fats from refined and processed foods are highly inflammatory so they should be avoided.
Try adding the following to your daughters diet. In a blast is excellent
Nuts and seeds are rich in zinc, selenium, Vitamin E and monounsaturated fats which aar egreat for the skin. Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are great.
Omega 3 fatty acids which can be found in chia seed and ground flax seed. Salmon is also a great source but don 't think it would be too good in a blast!
Avocados are rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin C and many minerals as well a rich source of monounsaturated fatty acids.
Rice bran is a rice source of B Vitamins, minerals and powerrful antioxidants.
Also add to the diet strawberries, broccoli and garlic."
