Feel free to Blast whenever is most convenient for you! Nutritionally it makes no difference. The only reason most do it in the morning is for convenience and on-the-go. Also, when you start the day with healthy habits, you tend to stick to healthy habits throughout the day. However, if your trouble meal/time is in the evening, then that's a great time for you!
