When should I eat when working 3rd shift?

I work from 800pm  till 700am, 5 nights to 6 nights a week.  I workout from 730am-930am and try to sleep after that.  My metabolism is all messed up.  guess I would like to know what to eat and when to eat it.  I have time at 1030pm, 1230am, 300am, 530am to eat something small.  Got any ideas????

I would try and eat those 4 times you have listed. This will help keep your metabolism running and bring back some balance. Get a good balance of veggies, small amount of protein and complex carbohydrates. This is a great article of how to make balanced meals that may work for you and your schedule.
