How can I gain weight and strength?

Can you suggest ideas to help me gain weight and strength? I've searched articles etc. and cannot find anything!!

Strength can only come from challenging your muscles. However, an after gym session of a nice 3:1 carb/protein snack or meal can help support muscle growth and repair. To boost the calories in your NutriBlasts, choose more calorie dense options like nuts, seeds, nut butters, cold-pressed coconut oil, avocados, and some protein powders.
