Are there calcium-rich foods that taste good?

My husband just bought me the NB and was wondering do you have any suggestions on calcium rich food and smoothies that have a decent taste. Also trying to lose weight  about 20 lbs. and use the NB as my main source of meals, would this be safe? I take calcitriol which is a calcium replacement and thyroxine.

Dietitian's Answer

While I cannot provide any specific medical advice I will note some good calcium-rich ingredients. Please discuss these options with your Dr. or a pharmacist in order to ensure no food/drug interactions. - Calcium-fortified non-dairy milks (almond, hemp, coconut, rice, etc.) - Beans (white beans like Navy beans often have more) - Greens (broccoli, collards, kale, etc.) - Almonds *I would avoid any soy (tofu, tempeh, edamame)since they are goitrogenic which impacts thyroid health Regarding weight loss: We have a great Slim Down Plan (https://store.nutriliving.com/index.php/nutribullet-slim-down-transformation-plan.html). This starts with one NutriBlast as a meal replacement and then works up to two.
