Absolutely! Chia seeds provide great nutrients to both you and your baby.
I have not heard anything against feeling a toddler chia seeds. Just a few things to note: make sure to start off slow and keep an eye out for any signs of allergies (chia is not a major allergen) or digestive issues (diarrhea/constipation/etc).
Blending chia gel with some banana would probably be a big hit with the little one! Remember chia thickens as it sits in liquid so just be mindful of the texture of your child's food. If he/she likes pudding, then chia pudding is a great option for some added fiber and omega-3s :)
