Am I using too much fruit?

have been NutriBlasting for a short time...I have told numerous people what I have put in my shakes and they mention that I need to be careful with the amount of fruits I use.  I do make sure I use 50% veggies and 50% fruits with Boosts. A normal shake for me consists of: Kale, Spinach, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apple, Pear, Dried Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Liquid Vitamin B-12, Tumeric, Flax Seeds, Raw Protein Powder and I add Coconut Water. ***Occationally I will add Acai Juice, Almonds, Almond Milk, Pineapple, Banana, Carrots. Please let me know your thoughts on this.  I appreciate your input.

It is important to be aware of the amount of fruit you are adding. Even though they are all natural some fruits are higher in natural sugars. I usually try and build my blast to have half vegetables and 1/4 fruits. You can focus on low glycemic fruits like apples, pears, cherries, berries, apricots, figs and grapefruits, all have lower sugar content. I think your Blast layout looks pretty good, I love all the superfoods you are adding in!
