In addition to what Wally has said I would also suggest including iron rich foods when you have a heavier period. Include foods like dark leafy greens, prunes, raisins, beans and artichokes. Including complex carbohydrates can help stabilize blood sugar and balance cravings. Include foods like sweet potatoes, brown rice, rolled oats and beans in your Blasts.
I am excited to share this testimony, I was 3 years ago diagnosed of fibroid and complicated Endometriosis. My medical condition was heart broken because it was causing my menstrual cramps,bloating before menstrual periods,lower abdominal pressure which result to heavy periods.
