Since Crohn's disease can be complex and dependent on the individual, please take my suggestions into consideration of your personal preferences and what your body can tolerate. If there is a food that I list that bothers you, feel free to avoid it. The best foods for inflammation are berries, turmeric, ginger, hemp seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, flax seeds, kelp, garlic, green tea, sweet potatoes.

It is also important to keep a dairy and list of your personal trigger foods. The foods listed above should aid in healing inflammation and are not known to aggravate GI symptoms. Check out these recipes:
