Will I get enough protein using the recommended nuts and seeds?

I typically feel best and lose weight the easiest when I eat protein, fruit and vegetables.  I am concerned that I will not get enough protein by just using the nuts and seeds recommended in the Boosts.

There are several plant-based protein options in addition to the veggies you already are adding. Cooked quinoa, hemp seeds, nut butters, organic silken tofu, organic Greek style yogurt, seeds and nuts as wall as protein powders. We compare a few here:
