How can I lower high blood pressure with NutriBlasts?

I just joined Nutriliving, but, there was no special interest box for High Blood Pressure which is one of my major health concerns.  I would like to get recipes and information for lowering blood pressure naturally, without medications.  Thank you. Gloria

Gloria thanks for the question. Obviously you should seek advice from your doctor.

However, using the Nutribullet everyday with a variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds will give you the nutrients that naturally lower blood pressure.

I can tell you that foods rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, potassium, monounsaturated fats and omega 3 fatty acids help lower blood pressure.

all leafy greens like kale, spinach, romaine and chard
beets
broccoli
asparagus
cabbage
celery
crimini mushrooms
onions
garlic
almonds
walnuts
rice bran (rich in magnesium and many B vitamins)
