Which recipes can help with pre-menopause issues?

I've recently had quite a lot of blood loss due to hormones gone wild in perimenopause.  Can you recommend  a juice recipe to help restore blood and iron levels?

Combining Blast ingredients rich in iron like pumpkin seeds, spinach, breakfast cereals enriched with iron, organic tofu, cooked beans, wheat germ, broccoli and apricots with foods high in vitamin C like bell pepper, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, lemons, papaya and brussels sprouts, can actually increase absorption of iron in the body. Supplementation may be warranted depending on how low it is so please follow your Dr.'s advice.
