What suggestions do you have for anemia?

i have problems with anemia. Would like to know what to use to help this and how much and how often.

Combining foods rich in iron like pumpkin seeds, spinach, breakfast cereals enriched with iron, tofu, cooked beans, wheat germ, broccoli and apricots with foods high in vitamin C like grapefruits, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, lemons, papaya and brussels sprouts, can actually increase absorption of iron in the body. Including lean meats in your diet like fish, chicken and organic grass-fed beef, can also help increase iron stores.
