I am so glad you have had some great experiences with the NutriBullet!
Regarding your cousin: Specific dietary recommendations are made according to stage of kidney disease and type of dialysis. There are Dietitians who specialize in this area as it is a very complex disease when it comes to nutrition. In general those with kidney issues are told to limit fluids, potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. In addition, protein needs to monitored and it is important to make sure she is getting enough calories.
Her dialysis nurse should have given some guidelines and I would highly recommend she speak with an RD in her area that is specialized in nutritional therapy for kidney disease.
Being that many of the foods one puts into a NutriBlast contain potassium, phosphorus and liquid, I would hold off for the time being until she can sit down with someone who can help plan an appropriate diet for her specific stage and type of dialysis. There are just too many unknowns that prevent me from providing an exact answer so I want to err on the side of caution.
Best of luck! To find an RD that specializes in this area, check this link here:
