What recipes will help me to gain weight?
I have a very fast metabolism and can drop 2-4 pounds in only one day or two if I am under too much stress or I don't eat well. My weight right now is around 94 (5 feet tall). I have been trying to go vegan but haven't been able to without losing weight. The same situation happens if I go to the gym. I really want to exercise, and be vegan but I don't know how to do it keeping a healthy weight. I'd love to gain some pounds in the process. I appreciate any advice that helps me attain my goals.
