Hi Mary, For weight loss always use the blast as a meal replacement. Use a lot more veggies than fruits. Limit fruits to berries and low sugar fruits like green apples, plums, peaches and pears. Use lots of leafy greens and add nuts and seeds for extra protein. You can also add a protein powder just make sure there is no extra sugar added. For example:
green tea (self brewed)
orange, yellow or red bell pepper
stevia if needed
Make use you eat at least 1200 calories per day, drink plenty of water and exercise. The weight should start to come off. Be patient, if you were a yo-yo dieter it takes you body time to adjust to a new dietary routine.
