Why aren't I feeling an energy boost?

I have just started using nutribullet. I love it so far but I'm not feeling an energy boost from drinking my shake like I was kind of expecting to. In fact I think I'm feeling more drowsy than usual. It could be partly because of the onset of winter. But is there a suggestion for a recipe to boost energy? And maybe you can point out something that shouldn't be in the recipe I have created: spinach, banana, avocado, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mango, peach, pineapple, red seedless grapes, walnuts, almonds, hemp seeds, water. I'm using frozen fruits except the banana.

It looks like their is a lot of fruit in your Blast, it may be too much sugar causing you to crash instead of feeling energized. I would try using more greens like kale, mixed spring greens, broccoli, chard - some nutrient dense veggies to give you even more energy. And then adding a couple of fruits like the berries and mangos. Try adding maca, bee pollen and spirulina, these are superfoods that will give you even more nutrients and an added boost of energy.
