How can I lower my genetic high cholesterol?

I just bought my NurtiBullet in hopes of lowering my genetic high cholesterol levels. I am not sure exactly what drinks to have or how to go about this..I have not been able to tolerate any of the Statins. And i am a small person weighing only 112 lbs..So i am not actually trying to lose any weight..

Dietitian's Answer

For genetic-related elevated cholesterol, food and lifestyle may modestly help. In addition, choosing ingredients and foods that naturally are heart healthy is a good idea for overall health and wellness. Niacin, foods rich in soluble fiber, and plant stanols and sterols are also helpful as far as a dietary approaches.
