What greens are low in vitamin K?

What greens would be low in vitamin K?  I take blood thinner and need to monitor my intake of vitamin K. I monitor my blood thinning by blood tests every two weeks.

You can still use foods with vitamin k. The key is to be consistent, and stay on top of your blood monitoring. That means use the same amount every day/week. Most doctors tell you to avoid it, because it is easier than explaining to be consistent, and for some pts it is difficult to stay consistent. Just measure how many mgs of vitamin k you are eating, and use that same amount every day/week. Good luck.
