Which plan should I follow and how long should I use each recipe?

Hi! I just got my new NB and excited to start using it! I'm trying to follow the user guide and started making the recipes from Phase 1 (Toxin cleansing blast, etc).  How long should i use each recipe for? Is there a specific plan i should follow? Or just mix up recipes each day?

It's up to you! It's best to switch the recipes up every so often so you reap the benefits from a variety of nutrients. Feel free to follow the 6-week transformation plan outlined in the book, one of our cleanses (link below), or do it at your own pace.
