Do I need to follow a specific program or recipe?

I am new to the Nutribullet....2 blasts made and loving it.   Question, Do I need to follow any specific program/recipes or can I mix and match?  Example being, weight loss, inflammation, detox.  I have used, spinach, kiwi, apple, strawberries and blueberries in one.  Another was, Spinach, Banana, Strawberries, Blueberries.  Also used the 'fat burning boost'.   First one I used a tablespoon and felt it was a bit much.  Second one I used a tad less than a teaspoon.

Since all of our recipes include fresh fruits, veggies and superfoods, just adding these into your diet will improve your overall health. When you feed your body the right fuel, the result is a healthier body. Keep having fun with your NutriBullet and experimenting with different foods.
