What is the best way to use the Super Boosters?

I am new to the nutribullet but I am loving  it so far. I have a question about the super boosters, I have bought them all :) but I need to know the best way to use them.I have maca powder, chia seeds, goji powder, cacao powder, hemp powder, almond four, pumpkin seeds, oat bran I just need to know how to make a mix I can use everyday without making a paste of my nutriblast. 

How much should I use of each? I want to get enough to benefit but not too much to cause other issues. I also would like to make a mix so it is easier to use. I am probably being confusing and I am sorry, but just not sure what to do, I read a lot of the recipes and bought everything I needed.

The boost ingredients and amounts are all up to you. That is part of the fun of creating your own recipes! In the starter guide we recommend 1/4 cup TOTAL of boosts so that can be made up of various ingredients. 1/4 cup would be 4 Tbsp so...An example could be 1 Tbsp chai seeds, 1 Tbsp cacao powder, 2 Tbsp walnut pieces. OR 1 Tbsp goji powder, 1 Tbsp hemp powder, 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds, and 1 Tbsp oat bran. Most of them are fine w/ a one Tbsp measurement, however for maca start slow with maybe 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp. Some choose to add more or less than 1/4 cup. There's no right or wrong way to do it!

Anything you'd like!!! Add another one of your favorite fruits or if you're just looking for something to give you a nice thick creamy consistency, then try 1/4 avocado, some cashews, old fashioned rolled oats, or chia seeds!
