How can I recover after eating too much fatty food?

I went to a Japanese restaurant for lunch today.  I had ramen noodles in a pork broth with pork belly and egg.  It tasted good going down, but now I feel awful.  It was just too rich & fatty.  What should I eat for the next day or two so I can feel better.

Avoid eating out, that way you know exactly what is going in your body. Eat clean, have a NutriBlast for one meal and avoid adding a lot of fat to your meals. Drink lots of water to help flush out your system. Focus on foods like whole grains, fresh produce, lean meats, beans, nuts and seeds.

Thank you for your reply. I've been drinking water all afternoon. For dinner I had a salad with an assortment of veggies. Next time I eat out, I'll be much more picky.
