Am I using the right portion of my ingredients?

I have been using the bullet for a week now, but my stomach now is really bloated....im hoping to improve my diet, and also need to lose a little bit of weight. I'm not sure if im using too much quantity of each ingredient...for example when in the recipe it states one cup of mango...what size cup?...big cup..small cup?

1 cup refers to a standard measuring cup size. Sometimes the fiber content of the smoothies can be an adjustment for people that are not use to having fiber in their diet. I suggest drinking plenty of water throughout the day and maybe using some greens that are lower in fiber like romaine lettuce vs. kale.
