How can I add healthy fat to my diet without gaining weight?

I eat a very low fat diet, but I get plenty of fiber.  I have been having problems with constipation, and after a poor report on a colonoscopy yesterday, I realized that I will need to make even more changes to my diet.  I am not overweight, and I would like to have a  nutriblast twice a day; one for breakfast or lunch, and one small one for a pre-workout boost.  How can I get more good fats in my nutriblasts without gaining weight?

Dietitian's Answer

I can't say whether or not this will cause weight gain, however some good options for healthy fats are avocado, walnuts, almonds (any nuts), cold-pressed coconut oil, nut butters (like natural peanut butter and almond butter), hemp and chia seeds, seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and dried coconut flakes.
