If you are using fresh fruits and veggies in your Blast, your body should not be releasing any toxins beyond what it does on a day to day basis. Including a variety of fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and superfoods like ginger, turmeric and spirulina, is a great way to provide nourishment to you and your baby. Check the recipes tab and there you can search by specific ingredient. Look for a couple you want to try and pick 2-3 Blasts to have per week. Rotating ingredients ensures maximal nutrient intake.
