Why am I gaining weight while Blasting?

I love my nutribullet. I've been making blasts since October...mostly spinach, kale, blueberries, mango, etc. The problem is I've gained about 8 pounds since I've started using the nutribullet. Is there any way calorie counts can be added to the recipes?  What am I doing wrong?  I've ramped up my exercise.  The only difference in my eating pattern is I'm substituting a blast for either breakfast or lunch. I'm really discouraged.

The calorie count is something we are planning on having available for all the Blasts we have posted. I always use myfitnesspal.com to do calorie assessments for Blasts.
