Is there a nutritional difference between baby and regular kale?

I noticed in my mixed green bag it has baby kale instead of umm "adult" kale?  I was wondering if there is any nutritional difference or pros/cons between the two.

Nutritionally, they are pretty much the same. The main difference is that baby kale is more tender and easier to eat raw, whereas mature kale pretty much needs to be cooked or "massaged" or Blasted! Baby kale is a bit more mild in flavor.
