Are there fruits and vegetables that have the same benefits as avocado?

I'm sadly allergic to avocado.  Is there another fruit or vegetable that I can use that has the same benefits? Or should I just omit from any recipes that uses them?

Leafy greens provide some of the same beneficial vitamins, bananas lend the same creamy texture and potassium, and some nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) or seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, chia) can provide some of the healthy monounsaturated fats!
