How can I change my caffeine and sugar-heavy diet?

Just starting here and need some helpful advice please. I have started a physically exhausting job and ache all over for at least two days after a shift...I think it is due to my "SAD" dietry input where I continually crave sugar. I wake and have an "Aleve Sandwich" (its a mug of black coffee with a couple of Aleve tablets sandwiched between another cup of black coffee) and this is around 6am. I prefer to work solidly on more black coffee till my body screams for sugar about 10 or 11 in the morning then it is more coffee and sugary cakes, cookies etc. Around 3pm I am exhausted and grab another coffee (chocolate, sweets etc) and anything I can find in the fridge and eat ravenously till I am full. Needless to say I am not really hungry for supper but usually manage a glass of wine (to relax the muscles) and a plate of something... I am finding that a mug of Nutrients cuts my sugar cravings on my days off (where I usually continually eat from the time I get up till around lunch time...Now it is time to start anew...thought a couple of NB a day and a normal meal at night would be a good jumping off point as I need to lose weight... any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!

Have the blast first thing in the morning with some protein foods like nuts and seeds will get you going in the right direction. And them have a blast before or after dinner would be great.

Try to use every color of food
Add nuts and seeds
Use more veggies than fruits
Use fruits that are low in sugar ( green apples, berries, peaches, pears and plums).
use spices like ceylon cinnamon and raw cocao

Sounds like the 6-week Transformation Plan could be a good starting point for you to give you some structure and get you off that coffee crutch. You can find the plan in the Natural Healing Foods book and also the User Guide and Recipe Book that came with your Bullet!
Also, check this recipe out; it might be a good coffee replacement!
6oz warm water, 1 Tbsp Superfood Superboost, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 tsp cold pressed coconut oil - Blast in the NutriBullet and then heat up more if desired. It's absolutely delicious and great for the cold weather :)
