Everyone is different so what I may like, you may not. I'd start by including some of the fruits and veggies you already know you like. You can search on our recipe page by ingredient for some recipes we've already approved!
Be sure since it's a meal replacement to include all three macronutrients (protein, fat, carbs). Here's one to try:
1 cup spinach
1 cup of your favorite berries
1 Tbsp hemp seeds (or another seed such as pumpkin)
1 Tbsp nuts or nut butter (walnuts, cashews, almonds)
Coconut water or almond milk
