If you are experiencing hypoglycemia I would suggest using a little extra fruit in your Blast. This will bring your blood sugar up, try fruits like mango, bananas, pineapple which are all higher in sugar.
Fruits contain fiber as well and when you blast you are keeping the fiber intact, unlike juicing. This promotes stable blood sugar. If you are just starting out experiment with different Blasts and monitor blood sugar levels. You may be surprised by what you find.
