Can I add whey protein powder to my drinks?

You can absolutely add whey protein! Some people have a hard time digesting whey so you may want to try a plant based protein that is easier on the GI tract if you are having any issues. Pea, rice, hemp or blends of these are all great plant protein sources.

Tetabess I would look for a whey from free range organic New Zealand stock. Also lactose free. That's what I use.
