Which recipes can help increase iron?

My husband has just been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Do you have a Nutribullet recipe that may help increase his iron?

Combining Blast ingredients rich in iron like pumpkin seeds, spinach, breakfast cereals enriched with iron, organic tofu, cooked beans, wheat germ, broccoli and apricots with foods high in vitamin C like grapefruits, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, lemons, papaya and brussels sprouts, can actually increase absorption of iron in the body. Supplementation may be warranted depending on how low it is so please follow his Dr.'s advice.
