Is the tall cup one or two servings?

Is the large container one or two serving sizes?

It's up to you! Most people drink the large one as a meal replacement and the small for a snack or dessert recipe. All recipes are for the tall cup (unless otherwise noted). For some that have less dense ingredients and don't keep you feeling full, then those could just as easily be a snack option. Follow your hunger/fullness. I find them to be so good, I can't drink just half :)
