Which recipe is the most nutritious but is also low in calories?

I'm looking for a recipe that is extremely nutritious, but also low in calories to use as a meal replacement for breakfast and possibly lunch.  I've been making the Raspberry Avocado Blast a lot, but am wondering if there's a better recipe for weight loss.  I like to use coconut water vs. almond milk/yogurt.

You could start with one of our low calorie Blast recipes and than add in some more nutrition to make it a suitable meal replacement. It is important to get in some protein and healthy fats along w/ the carbs when using it as a meal replacement (a well-balanced meal!) Some protein options include a plant-based protein powder, hemp seeds, nuts, seeds, garbanzo beans, and nut butters or cooked quinoa.
