What can I substitute for almonds and almond milk?

What can I substitute for almonds and almond milk?  I'm also allergic to soy.

Any other non-dairy alternative or even another liquid would work - hemp milk, rice milk, coconut milk (if there are no allergies to these), coconut water, chilled brewed ice tea, plain filtered water. For an almond sub, try seeds like pumpkin, hemp, chia, sunflower, etc. These provide a similar nutrition profile.
