Am I getting too many calories from my smoothies?

I DRINK SMOOTHIE FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH OR DINNER OR WHENEVER I'M HUNGRY. IS THAT BAD TO CONSUME THAT MUCH SMOOTHIE?  HOW MUCH CALORIES SHOULD I GET FROM EACH MEAL

You can get a good estimate here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmr-calculator In addition to calories, you want to be sure to include ingredients that help you get all the recommended maco and micronutrients. This can be done by planning out appropriate NutriBlast recipes or combining them with healthy meals.
