What are good recipes for heart health?

I have been blending Kale, Baby Spinach, Raw Honey, Chia seeds, Flax seeds, 1 Bananas, 1 Apple, 1 Orange, and Coconut Milk. in my blender. I have been doing this for about 1 year. I just purchased a Nutribullet 900 Pro. What I would like to know is this; 1. a good recipe 2. can I use frozen fruit and get the same value. 3. how long can I store this in the refrigerator.  I make a big picther and drink from it for 2 days. Also what else can I use to help promote CBP&H Health.

My husband has high cholesterol and one recipe that I have used in the past follows: tall cup half filled with spinach (kale can be used); one apple, core removed; half a lemon, rind and all!!, banana, and water to desired consistency. I prefer thicker blasts so I usually skimp on the liquid. I remove the seeds from the lemon as much as possible but leave the rind and peel on. That makes 2 blasts. We only have his blood tests to go on but we added this recipe to our daily routine and his cholesterol went down. He didn't exercise more and we didn't change our diet much. Not a scientific lab test but it worked for us!! Hope this helps!
