What can I substitute for bananas?

I'm allergic to bananas and so is my wife (I know, very odd). I would like to know what to use as a replacement for them in the recipes.

Are you specifically looking for foods that have similar nutrients or are you looking to get a thicker consistency or taste?

For nutrients:
Potassium - coconut water, Swiss chard, spinach, papaya, beans
B6 - sunflower seeds, spinach, avocado, cauliflower, kale, Swiss chard, broccoli
Vitamin C - broccoli, citrus, strawberries, blueberries, papaya, pineapple, kiwi, kale

Thickening ingredients:
avocado, nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk

Taste:
Nothing really tastes like banana, but to sweeten up your Blast naturally try figs, pitted dates, cinnamon, liquid vanilla stevia, a touch of raw honey, or any other sweeter fruit!

I am also allergic to bananas, I have been told it is because I have a latex allergy, although I didn't know I was allergic to bananas until I one day reacted very badly to them, no one told me to avoid them when I was told I had a latex allergy. I have been using Avocado instead but I have been told that this could potentially turn into something I am allergic to because it is from the same latex family, so far I have not reacted, but then I ate bananas for years before I reacted. I am loving the phase 1 recipies but I am finding the Avocado realy pushes the amount of calories and fat up. I will try some of your suggestions above.
I am glad to have this list as well. I follow the Eat 4 Your Blood Type plan and I am Type A. Bananas, papayas, coconuts or coconut water, are on my avoid list and inflammation foods for me. I find that apples and the pectin work well, especially with the peanut butter powder. Many foods that your body may be allergic too might react well to the Eat4 Your Blood Type lifestyle as well. I think everyone should try it for 2 weeks and see. I was allergic to pineapple, blue cheese and walnuts, and now can eat freely..no reactions.
