Hello Marie13, I suffer from traction alopecia and have 3 bald patches at the front of my head. As you can imagine that really affects my confidence as a woman and therefore I always wear a hairband when I'm out. I started having a spirulina smoothie and have noticed an incredible change over the last 3 months. It might help you too? I just add one table spoon of spirulina to orange juice and half a banana and have that every morning.
