Dietitian's Answer

Berries, greens, almonds, walnuts, and other foods rich in Vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids are great for brain health. I'd strongly recommend Dr. Barnard's new book, "Power Foods for the Brain: An Effective Three Step Plan to Protect Your Mind and Strengthen Your Memory."

In it, he talks about food to avoid and foods to include. Here's a segment from one of his TV appearances to promote this new book.

In addition to Krista's great recommendations I would also add organic virgin coconut oil and blueberries to that list. Healthy Wishes Wally Bishop C.N.C.
