Dietitian's Answer

In general due to the possibility of bile malabsorption, try a diet with moderate fat intake avoiding high fat foods and include anti-inflammatory, healthy fats. Avoid caffeine, artificial sugars, alcohol and spicy foods. Some people do well avoiding dairy and gluten as well. Drink plenty of liquids to prevent dehydration during episodes of diarrhea. Always consult your doctor first before making any changes to your diet or adding supplements.
