How many berries should I incorporate?

I've been reading about antioxidants lately and I'd like to incorporate berries after my lunch in a daily basis, is there a minimum number of berries I should take or a number of berries that you recommend?

Official Answer

1/2 cup of berries = 1 serving. Its is recommended to get 7-12 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Depending on what you eat in your daily diet, you can decided how many berries to add in.

In the topic of antioxidants, will a green (or white) tea lose its nutrients after brewing just like a nutriblast does after mixing all the ingredients??
