How do I add more veggies to my Blasts?
I have been doing all fruit since I have had my bullet with mostly spinach and some kale. I want to do more veggies and really dont see much on adding vegetables. There doesnt seem to be much of a guideline. Just pick what you like and blast it. I would like more of a plan. Is that possilble. I dont need to lose weight, just want to be healthy and have energy. I have the Healthy food book that I bought because a rep told me there would be recipes in there about migraines and there really wasnt and I was hoping there would be more of a guide in there as well of how to blast. I need more of a precise guide and I think others do to. Can you help me to find a balnce of fruit and vegetables and a plan of how to use them.
