Which recipes are low in sugar and high in fiber?
I'm new to the NutriBullet and wondered what your favorite recipes are? I'm trying to stay away from a lot of sugar intake to keep the spikes and calories down. I'm drinking one in the morning to replace my usual shredded wheat cereal routine. I would like your favorite recipes that are high in nutritional content, low in sugar, and high in fiber.
