Which recipes are low in sugar and high in fiber?

I'm new to the NutriBullet and wondered what your favorite recipes are?  I'm trying to stay away from a lot of sugar intake to keep the spikes and calories down.  I'm drinking one in the morning to replace my usual shredded wheat cereal routine.  I would like your favorite recipes that are high in nutritional content, low in sugar, and high in fiber.  Thanks in advance, and I look forward to seeing what you suggest.

I have varied this up a bit, but currently this is my go-to for breakfast: - fill cup half full with spinach - 1/2 measuring cup of dry rolled oats - small orange - a few strawberries and blueberries or grapes - goji berries - chia seeds - a bit of honey (as suggested by SarahRD!) - water to just under the max line Filling, and I think I jack up my nutrition over a bowl of oatmeal every day.
