How can I get relief for my heartburn?

I have been drinking Nutribullet drinks for about 3 months now. I absolutely love them and seem to crave them on a daily basis. I really felt great and was drinking one everyday for a lunch replacement.  I made sure I had an ample amount of protein in the drinks so I felt that it was good and balanced.  I would also add things like nuts, oats, goji berries, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and chia seeds. The last month, I started to get a light case of heartburn directly after or during me drinking my drink.  This has progressively gotten worse.  It has gotten so bad that it almost feels like a gallbladder attack but I've had my gallbladder removed years ago.  I thought maybe a break would help so I skipped a few days. No luck. When I drank it again, I did so with a prayer but to no avail. Has this happened to anyone else and what do you do.   I need to lose weight and this helped me so much.  The lunchtime drink kept me satisfied until dinner and I never had any cravings for junk. Now that I am not drinking them anymore, I am completely off my program and feel really bad. What should I do?
