Will freezing food affect their nutrients?

I have a question.....I know that all the berries and other goodies are showig up in the stores right now and they are very available, but, let's say it's January..... If I buy frozen berries to use, how much of the nutrients & or vitamins are lost? When I was in high school I worked at the local vegetable market, & every year they put out an order form for folks to order frozen fruits & veggies. People went crazy over this.

Freezing produce actually helps lock in the nutrients. They are often frozen at their peak of ripeness/nutrition so frozen are a great option year round! Check out this article for more info on this: http://www.nutriliving.com/blog/fresh-or-frozen-whats-healthier
