Will antioxidants interfere with my chemotherapy treatments?

i just did my first chemotherapy two weeks ago. I have continued to juice daily, however some friends have told me that the antioxidants may interfere with the chemo treatments.  Could you please clarify? Also what are the safer juice mixes that I can consume on a daily basis to overcome the side effects of chemo?

Here is a great response to that exact question in our cancer support forum. I would take a look at some topics in this forum for additional answers to your questions. http://www.nutriliving.com/forums/topics/watching-antioxidants-during-treatment I would also suggest including alkaline foods like dark leafy greens, lemons, limes, broccoli and brussels sprouts. Ginger is a great food to use in Blasts when you are feeling nausea.
